My Aesthetic Doctor is an aesthetic medical practice located at 321 N Larchmont Blvd, Suite 505, Los Angeles, CA 90004. Our practice provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to injectable treatments, laser procedures, and skin rejuvenation therapies.

All treatments are performed by Dr. Elham Fakhre, MD, a Board-Certified Physician. Treatment outcomes vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

## Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling an appointment constitutes agreement to attend at the scheduled time. My Aesthetic Doctor requires a credit card on file to secure your booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Contact us at 323-784-0577 or drefakhre@gmail.com to reschedule or cancel.
